The Villa was built around 1900 is in the Art Nouveau Style that characterized many prestigious residential buildings of the time.

The 5.000 esq. park is stunningly beautiful. The park is insipred by romantic english gardens. With meandering paths that lead to viewing and rest areas, and many architectural features to enrich landscape: Grottoes, statues, fountains and follies surprise and entertain the visitors.

A three-lined avenue and a separate pedestrian walkway lead to the piazzale at the front of the Villa. On the ground floor, a wide entrace hall leads to a spacious drawing room with fireplace; a dining rooms also with fireplace; a large kitchen; a bright conservatory-verandah; and two toilests.

There are also several utility and service rooms at the back, as well as an underground cellar and storage spaces. An open wooden staircase leads to first floor, which is subdividad into two self-contained units. The first flat consists of entance hall, living area, kitchen-diner, one double room, bathroom and two widw an aunny terraces. The secon flat has a lobby area, kitchen-dining room, one double bedroom, bathroom and acces to the "Belvedere" tower, with a second double rom and bathroom.

A short walk through the park leads to a lovely two-storey bedroom an a large bathroom on the first floor.

Elsewhere in the park, well-signed paths lead to a tool and storage shed, as well as a separate wood shed. Also, on the north side of the park, just behind a water fountain, there is a small hut with kitchen facilities and outside barbecue area.

Finally, a large terrace with an elegant gazebo and stylish birdcage area assured to provide owners and guests a tranquil and relaxed setting to wind down and soak in the beautiful scenery.
